Connecting your social media accounts like Instagram and Facebook to Aptos Studio can streamline your workflow by centralizing your social interactions and data management. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you integrate these platforms into Aptos Studio.
Connecting Facebook and Instagram to Aptos Studio
Step 1: Access Integrations Settings
- Log in to your Aptos Studio account.
- Navigate to the Settings by clicking on the settings icon in the sidebar at the bottom-left corner of the dashboard.
- In the Settings menu, select Integrations. This section allows you to manage and connect various external services and applications to your Aptos Studio account.
Step 2: Connect Facebook and Instagram
- Within the Integrations page, you’ll see logos for various services including Facebook and Instagram.
- Locate the Facebook and Instagram logos. Below the logo’s, there will be a Connect button.
- Click on the Connect button for Facebook and follow the on-screen prompts to authorize Aptos Studio to access your Facebook account.
- Repeat the process for Instagram. Your Instagram profile needs to be connected to a Facebook page in order to make this connection work.
Enabling Instagram Direct Messages (DMs) in Aptos Studio
To ensure that Instagram DMs function correctly in Aptos Studio, you need to adjust some settings within your Instagram account itself.
Step 1: Modify Instagram Settings
- Open Instagram and go to your Profile.
- Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the upper right corner and go to Settings.
Step 2: Adjust Message Controls
- In the Settings menu, select Messages and Story Replies.
- Select Message Controls.
- Under Message Controls, locate Connected Tools. Here, ensure that the option to Allow Access to Messages is turned on.
By enabling this setting, you allow Aptos Studio to manage your Instagram messages effectively, ensuring a seamless integration.
